utz road covered bridge
A.K.A.: Egypt School house "Covered Bridge"
Located on Utz Road
Built
in 1887 and it is still standing today.
Also known as the Egypt Schoolhouse "covered bridge".
The top chords are "covered" with galvanized sheet iron.
This bridge was designed and patented by E. S. Sherman, who built the other covered bridges in Preble County.
